REPLACE HYDRAULIC TANK BREATHER FILTER ELEMENT 4
q Immediately after the engine is stopped, the oil and parts are at high temperature, and this will cause
burns. Wait for the temperature to go down before starting the operation.
q When replacing the breather element, remove cap (F) of the oil filler port. When releasing cap (F), oil
may spurt out, so turn it slowly to release the internal pressure, then remove it.
1. Remove nut (2) of breather assembly (1) at the top of the
hydraulic tank, then remove cover (3).
2. Replace breather element (4) with a new part.
3. Install cover (3) and nut (2).

Inspection of Engine Suction Hose Clamp for Loosening
Check the engine suction hose clamp for any loosening.
Tightening torque
Clamp (1): 8.3 - 9.3 Nm (0.85 - 0.95 kgm)
Clamp (2): 10.0 - 11.0 Nm (1. 02 - 1.12 kgm)
