PRECAUTIONS BEFORE STARTING INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE 2
DISPLAY WARNING TAG DURING INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE
If there is any “DANGER! Do NOT operate!“ warning tag dis-
played, it means that someone is carrying out inspection and
maintenance of the machine. If the warning sign is ignored and
the machine is operated, there is danger that the person carry-
ing out inspection or maintenance may be caught in the rotat-
ing parts or moving parts and suffer serious personal injury or
death. Do not start the engine or touch the levers.
q If necessary, put up signs around the machine also.
Warning tag part number: 09963-A1640
When not using this warning tag, keep it in the toolbox.
If there is no toolbox, keep it in the pocket for the Operation
and Maintenance Manual
q Before entering the power container, press engine emer-
gency stop switch (1).
Engine emergency stop switch (1) is located at 2 places: at
the front of the engine container (A); and at the rear of the
engine container (B). Press either of engine emergency
stop switches (1).
When engine emergency stop switch (1) is pressed, it
stays pressed in and lamp (2) lights up green regardless of
the operation of the starting switch.
To cancel the stop condition, turn the engine emergency
stop switch (1) to the right and lamp (2) goes out.
