REPLACE ACCUMULATOR IN OIL COOLER CIRCUIT 4
Immediately after the engine is stopped, the oil and parts are at high temperature, and this will cause
burns. Wait for the temperature to go down before starting the operation.
Even if the operating time has not reached 4000 hours, if the machine has been used for 2 years, replace
the accumulator.
1. Remove the cap from oil filler port (F) at the top of the
hydraulic tank to release the internal pressure.
When the oil temperature has risen high, replace the accu-
mulator with the cap removed.
2. Hold union (1) in position and turn accumulator body (2)
(width across flats: 27 mm) to remove each accumulator (x
6), then replace the accumulators with new parts.
Tightening torque of nut: 84 - 132 Nm (8.5 - 30.5 kgm)
