EVERY 2000 HOURS MAINTENANCE 4
Maintenance for every 250, 500 and 1000 hours service should be carried out at the same time.
CHANGE OIL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE 4
q The parts and oil are at high temperature immediately after the engine is stopped, and may cause seri-
ous burns. Wait for the temperature to go down before starting the operation.
q If there is still pressure remaining inside the case, the oil or plug may fly out.
Loosen the plug slowly to release the pressure.
q Oil refill capacity: 85 liter (each, left and right)
q Prepare a handle.
1. Set so that plug (1) on the outside of the machine is at the
bottom position.
2. Set a container under plug (1) to catch the oil.
3. Drain the oil from plug (1) at the bottom position, then
tighten the plug.
4. Set a container under drain plug (3) on the inside of the
machine to catch the oil.
5. Drain the oil from drain plug (3), then tighten the drain plug.
6. Add the specified amount of engine oil through plug hole
(2) at the top on the outside of the machine.
