DETAILED CONTROLS AND GAUGES OPERATION
3-26
Fuel Gauge
This meter (7) shows the amount of fuel remaining in the fuel
tank.
The indicator should be in the green range during operations.
If the indicator starts to enter red range (A) during operations, it
shows that there is less than 500 liter of fuel remaining, so
check and add fuel.
q (A) - (B): Indicates red range
q (A) - (C): Indicates green range
REMARK
If the indicator reaches range (B), there is less than 200 liter of
fuel remaining.
When the indicator is in red range (A) - (B), fuel level monitor
(1) lights up red.
The correct fuel level may not be displayed for a short time
when the starting switch is turned ON, but this is not an abnor-
mality.
Hydraulic Oil Temperature Gauge
This meter (8) shows the hydraulic oil temperature.
The indicator should be in the green range during operations.
If the indicator starts to enter red range (A) during operations, it
shows that the hydraulic oil temperature is more than 102°C.
Run the engine at low idling or stop the engine and wait for the
hydraulic oil temperature to go down.
q (A) - (B): Red range
q (A) - (D): Green range
q (D) - (C): White range
When the indicator reaches red range (A), the hydraulic oil temperature is as follows.
Red range (A) position: 102°C or more
Red range (B) position: 105°C or more
When the indicator is in red range (A) - (B), hydraulic oil temperature monitor (1) shows the abnormality display.
When the engine is started, if the indicator is at position (C) and the hydraulic oil temperature is 20°C, hydraulic oil
temperature monitor (1) shows the low-temperature display. If this happens, carry out the warming-up operation
for the hydraulic equipment. For details, see “Hydraulic Equipment Warm Up (3-195)“.
