8.2 Configuring Timing Data
Under TIMING on the BLACK1 menu, you can adjust the timing of the black output relative to
the reference signal.
8.2.1 Adjusting the Timing (Frame)
When the black format is set to NTSC or PAL, to adjust the timing of the black output relative to
the reference signal at the frame level, follow the procedure below.
Procedure
BLACK CONFIG > BLACK1 > TIMING > FRAME
Parameters
±5 [FRAME] (when FORMAT is set to NTSC)
±2 [FRAME] (when FORMAT is set to PAL)

To adjust the timing of the black output relative to the reference signal at the line level, follow
the procedure below.
The variable range varies depending on the black format.
