If the output quantities of the measured
nozzles differ:
Replace nozzles.
Repeat the volumetric metering process.
Alternatively: Have nozzles checked by
a specialist on a test bench.
6.7.2 Calibrate the flowmeter
The control of the device requires the
pulse values of the flowmeter to calculate
the automatic metering.
The way the pulse values are made avail-
able to the control is described in the oper-
ating instructions manual
"SPRAYER controller MIDI" in the chapter
"7.5 Calibrating the flowmeter".
6.8 Calibration of the speed sensor
6.8.1 Check speed sensor
For automatic dosing with the operator
terminal, the distance impulses have to be
taken from the device and calibrated to
100 m.
The speed sensor (1) is mounted on the
axle.
