Close the drain valve (2).
Install the locking cap (3).
Ensure the connection is leak-tight.
Carry out internal cleaning and, if neces-
sary, external cleaning and filter
cleaning.
8.3 Internal cleaning
Deposits from the spray solution contaminate the main tank, the
piping system and the nozzles.
Clean the main tank, pipe system and nozzles after distribution.
Target:To have the main tank, piping sys-
tem and nozzles all cleaned
Preconditions:
Distribution was carried out.
The main tank is sprayed out:
Air comes out of the nozzles.
or
The pressure has fallen by 1 bar.
Application: The device is no longer re-
quired for further distributions. The main
tank, pipe system and nozzles are still
cleaned on the working surface.
