3.9.4 Check before departure
 Observe the permissible axle loads,
drawbar loads and total weights as well
as the transport dimensions.
 Check the transport equipment:
 Lighting equipment
 Warning boards
 Implement with compressed air brakes
and brake force regulator: Use the lever
to adjust the braking force to the level of
the implement, see «page 93».
 Implement with compressed air brakes:
 Release the parking brake.
 Implement with hydraulic braking sys-
tem:
 Release the parking brake. To do so,
move the lever (1) into transport posi-
tion.
 Attach the break away cable (2) to a
sturdy point on the tractor.
 Make sure the ring (3) is in perfect
condition.
 If necessary, replace the ring.
