Procedure as for EES package 2
Preconditions:
 Adjustments, see "Internal cleaning, pa-
ge 166"
 Nozzles are switched off.
 Operation terminal is switched on.
 Functions are activated
 At the control centre, the selection
valve (A) is switched to a change-over
valve (C).
 For a device with 4500 l:Selection
valve (B) is switched to main tank.
 Diverter valve (D) is set to spraying.
 Switch on pumps (H) and (I only for units
with 4500 l).
 Operate pump at a rate of 300 – 330 rpm.
 Start the internal cleaning with the con-
trol unit until the main tank contains ap-
prox. 80 - 90 l:
 Start the internal cleaning nozzles with
the control unit:
 Valve (103) closes.
 Valve (102) is opened.
 Switch the switchover valve (101) to
clean water in the control system.
