● ERR No.04 There is an error with the asymmetry potential
Definition
The asymmetry potential of the electrode is
out of 45 mV or more.
● ERR No.05 There is an error in electrode sensitivity (pH)
Definition
The electrode sensitivity is either 105% or
more or 85% or less than the theoretical sen
-
sitivity.
Cause How to solve problem
The electrode is dirty. Wash the electrode.
The electrode is
cracked.
Replace the electrode.
The standard solution
concentration is fluctu
-
ating.
Replace the internal solution in the reference
electrode.
The electrode is not
connected correctly.
Connect the electrode correctly.
Electrode is not sub-
merged deeply enough
to cover reference
junction.
Immerse the electrode in the sample, to at
least 3 cm beyond the electrode tip.
There is problem with
the standard buffers.
Prepare the standard buffer anew.
