THIS IS YOUR NIKON INC. (VALID IN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS), NIKON CANADA INC.
(VALID IN ALL CANADIAN PROVINCES AND TERRITORIES) OR NIKON MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. (VALID IN ALL MEXICAN STATES) (EACH INDIVIDUALLY,
AS THE CASE MAY BE, "NIKON") ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR NEW NIKON CAMERAS, LENSES, SPEEDLIGHTS AND ANY NIKON HARDWARE
ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE ACTUAL PRODUCT BOX WITH ANY OF THE FOREGOING (EACH , A "PRODUCT"). YOU MUST PRESENT THIS WARRANTY
FORM TOGETHER WITH YOUR PURCHASE RECEIPTTHAT DISPLAYS THE PURCHASE DATE TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE.
This Product is warranted by Nikon to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original
consumer purchaser. During this one year period, if this Product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, Nikon will at its option, either
repair or replace this Product with a product of comparable specifications and value, each without charge, or refund the purchase price shown on your
purchase receipt. Except to the extent restricted or prohibited by law, this warranty is subject to the following conditions, limitations and exclusions:
1.This warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser only and is not assignable or transferable, unless otherwise required by law.
2.This warranty shall not apply to any Product which has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration, accident, power
surge if the Product contains electronic components, or has had its serial nuniber altered or removed.
3.This warranty does not apply to any defects or damage directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from the use of unauthorized replacement
parts and/or service performed by unauthorized personnel.
4.This warranty does not apply to any batteries.
5.This warranty is valid only with authentic Products , sold new by Nikon and purchased from Nikon or its authorized dealers/resellers in the
country of
purchase.
6.This warranty does not apply to non - Nikon products provided by Nikon, which are instead covered under the warranty, if any, issued by their
respective manufacturers.
SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW TO THE CONTRARY, THIS WARRANTY IS MADE EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES
AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR COLLATERAL, INClUDING BUT NOT LIMITEDTO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT, QUALITY OR DURABILITY, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS
ON THE PART OF NIKON PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT IF THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS IS INEFFECTIVE UNDER
APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW SHALL BE LIMITED TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE
OF PURCHASE OR SUCH LONGER PERIOD AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
SUBJECTTO APPLICABLE LAW TO THE CONTRARY, NIKON HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER CLAIM
WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OF NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY IN TORT OR BREACH OF CONTRACT.
SOME STATES/PROVINCES/TERRITORIES DO NOT ALLOW (A) LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR (8) THE EXCLUSION
OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS
WARRANTY APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND UNLESS RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY LAW. WHERE ANY
TERM OF THIS WARRANTY IS RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED SY APPLICABLE LAW, SUCH TERM SHALL BE NULL AND VOID, BUT THE REMAINDER OF
THIS WARRANTY SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY
FROM STATE/PROVINCE/TERRITORYTO STATE/PROVINCE/TERRITORY.
UNLESS RESTRICTED OR PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS WARRANTY ISVALID ONLYIN1'HE COUNTRY WHERE THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER
PURCHASER PURCHASED THE PRODUCT FROM NIKON OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS/RESELLERS IN THAT COUNTRY.
To obtain performance of the warranty obligations in the country of purchase, the original consumer purchaser must return this Nikon Product
together with this warranty form and invoice or purchase receipt displaying the purchase date to the appropriate Nikon service facility. A Nikon
authorized dealer stamp may also be accepted as proof of purchase for Mexico. The current address of Nikon 's service facility within the United

Unless restricted or prohibited by applicable law , in returning this Nikon Product for repair or replacement or refund under this warranty, the
original
consumer purchaser must prepay all postage, shipping transportation, insurance and delivery costs, and the Nikon Product must be
delivered in either its original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection. Nikon will not be responsible for any loss or
damage incurred in connection with the return of this Nikon Product.
