2-12-5 Temporary Input Objects
The Temporary Input Object displays a temporary input display field when keypads and keyboards
have been created for Numeral Display and Input Objects or String Display and Input Objects using
Command Keys. Temporary input objects can also be displayed for the maximum and minimum values
set for Numeral Display and Input Objects.
To create a temporary input, select CX-Designer Functional Object – Temporary Input or use the
icon.
Functional Object Property Settings
This section describes the settings in the Functional Object Properties Dialog Box for temporary inputs.
General: Sets the object comment and temporary input object functions.
Text: Sets the text attributes for the displayed numeral/character string.
Background: Sets the background color for the object.
Frame: Sets the frame display for the temporary input object.
Size/Position: Sets the object size and position. (See note.)
Note: This tab is displayed when the Display Extension Tabs Option is selected.
