• Unlike other parameter settings, the external fault settings have an input procedure, as shown in the
following diagrams.
1. When
setting an external fault function, press the Enter Key when “External Fault” is displayed to
bring up the “Input Level” display.

2. Press the Increment Key to switch displays as follows:
“Detection Method” → “Operation Selection” → “Input Method”
3. Press
the Enter Key at the desired parameter to select that parameter. At this point, the Increment
and Decrement Keys can be pressed to scroll through the available settings for the selected param -
eter. Press the Enter Key to select the displayed parameter setting.
(Press the Escape Key to cancel the operation without changing the parameter setting.)
