CMIOU Indicators and LEDs
No. LED Icon Description
1 Ready to Remove (blue) Indicates that a CMIOU can be removed during a hot-service operation.
2 Service Required LED
(amber)
Indicates that service is required.
The fmadm faulty command provides details about any faults that
cause this indicator to light.
Under some fault conditions, individual component fault LEDs are
illuminated in addition to the Service Required LED.
3 OK LED (green) Indicates these conditions:
■ Off – CMIOU is not operational. System power might be off. The
SP might be running.
■ Steady on – CMIOU is powered on and is running in its normal
operating state. No service actions are required.
4 ECB fault (amber) Indicates that a PDECB requires service.
