This parameter selects the received code that will cause the local terminal to respond with a
high-level hard carrier.
028 - HC Duration
This parameter sets the amount of time a hard carrier will be sent when the appropriate HARD
CARRIER REQUEST code is received. This can be set to either 30 or 60 seconds.
