What causes erratic operation in Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley 2094-BM01-S?

Erratic operation, where the motor locks into position or runs without control, can be caused by reversed motor power phases (U and V, U and W, or V and W). Check and correct the motor power wiring. It can also be caused by reversed Sine, Cosine, or Rotor leads in the feedback cable connector. Check and correct the motor feedback wiring. Also, check and correct the motor feedback wiring if the Sine, Cosine, Rotor lead sets of resolver feedback are reversed.
