Power and Cabling
The power cord adapter is needed to plug the provided
line cord into the power supply for the PC of the Menu
Display.
Note: It is recommended that you always connect the AC Power
Adapter to the device before connecting to Mains Power.

supporting a standard VESA-100 mount.

with the Menu Display needs to be transferred from
Ross
®
to your organization.
Navigate to http://www.dell.com and click Support >
Warranty > Transfer of Ownership. Follow the
instructions on the web page using the following
information:

Control Panel Operation
The operation of the Carbonite Black control panel with
Acuity
®
is slightly different than with other Acuity
®
control panels. These operational differences include
memories, custom controls, keying, panel row
assignment, and menu navigation.
Note: Split ME option should be avoided when using a Carbonite
Black control panel. The PGM A and PGM B function buttons
that allow for control over the split ME are not present on the
panel. Custom controls can be used to access these function if
required.
Memories
You can store and recall memories from the control panel,
as well as turn on various functions and adjust rates.
DescriptionFunction
Press BANK/ENTER and then use the
mnemonic buttons to select the memory bank
you want to use. For example, to select bank
49 press BANK/ENTER > 3 > 9 >
BANK/ENTER.
Memory Bank
Press and hold the RECALL button and use
the mnemonic buttons to select the ME(s) that
you want to recall the memory for. Use the
BANK/ENTER button to select the bank you
want to recall the memory from and use the
mnemonic buttons to select the memory
register you want to recall. The name of the
memory is shown on the mnemonic button.
Recall Memory
Press and hold the STORE button and use the
mnemonic buttons to select the ME(s) that you
want to store the memory for. Use the
BANK/ENTER button to select the bank you
want to store the memory to and use the
mnemonic buttons to select the memory
register you want to store. The name of the
memory is shown on the mnemonic button.
