5.2.2 Fct. 47:MATERIALS
In extended daily operation, you sometimes use the '6:Display Balance' function.
Use menu items below to preset some data, i.e.
Limit of balance total
Maximum number od dumps
Reset balance memory.
5.2.2.1 Fct. 471:Max. Balance/Dumps
Enter balance total limit value:
471:Max. Balance/Dumps
Balance: 10000000,0kg
Acknowledge with [ENTER] key and enter maximum number of dumps:
471:Max. Balance/Dumps
Dumps: 100000
Enter desired value and acknowledge with [OK] key.
These maximum values impact the analog outputs of function blocks "Balance' and
'Dump'. They determine upon which values the function block outputs reach their
maximum value (10000 internally).
5.2.2.2 Fct. 472:Clear balance
Reset balance memory using function
472:MATERIALS
Clear balance
Operate [ENTER] key and acknowledge explicitly:
472:Clear balance
Acknowledge
Yes
Use DIRECTION KEYS to select 'Yes' or 'No' and acknowledge with [ENTER] key.
5.2.2.3 Fct. 473:Material data
These data are used by the 'Filling Scale', 'Discharge Scale' and 'Receiving Scale'
(Item 6) function variants.
After start of function, input field appears.
473:Material data
Sort 1
Enter number of material (admissible values: 1 - 2) whose data are to be specified and
acknowledge with [ENTER] key.
