Preventive Maintenance
GREASE POINTS (HYDRAULIC BASE)
1. Head and Foot End Brake Bar Rods
2. Head and Foot End Jack Springs
3. Head and Foot End Descent Valve Pins
Brake Bar Rods
1. Apply OG2 grease (p/n M0027) to Brake Bar Rod surface.
BOTH HEAD AND
FOOT END BRAKE
BAR RODS
BOTH HEAD
AND FOOT END
JACK SPRINGS
BOTH HEAD AND FOOT END
DESCENT VALVE PINS
Jack Springs and Descent Valve Pins
1. If dry, apply a thin layer of OG2 Grease (p/n M0027) to the Jack Springs.
2. Apply OG2 Grease (p/n M0027) to the Descent Valve Pins.
