You can turn your graphing calculator on and off manually by using the ´ and
(or ) keys. To prolong battery life, the APD™ (Automatic Power Down™) feature
lets the calculator turn itself off automatically.

Press ´.
If you turned the unit off by pressing 2 ®, the unit returns to either the Apps
desktop or the Home screen.
If you turned the unit off by pressing 8 ® or if the unit turned itself off through
APD, the unit returns to whichever application you used last.
