fanctrl <on | off>
Default: fan ON

fanctrl without any parameter will display the current status for the fan.
fanctrl is a system-level command.
DESCRIPTION
Display of the status of the cooling fan in the chassis and allow it to be
turned on and off. It is not recommended to turn the fan off if the ambient
temperature surroundingthe IDU will exceed 10 deg C.
