sync without any parameter will perform synchronization procedure
between Active and Standby unit
sync command only allowed to be initiated on Active unit.
sync is used to perform synchronization procedure to sync up
configuration parameters between Active and Standby units. There
are some parameters which are independent of utype and therefore,
will not be synchronized with this command. The following
commands are the ones that, if executed, prevent achieving sync
with the Standby unit:
Alarm, alignment, cableloss, fanctrl, ibm, ipconfig, license key,
loopback mode, opmode, tftpd and traps.
