rps < on | off>

rps without any parameter will display the current status of Rapid Port
Shutdown feature status.
DESCRIPTION
This command is used to configure Rapid Port Shutdown (RPS)
functionality. The RPS setting needs to be the same on both side of the link
for proper operation.
If the RPS is enabled the dataports (GigE) on both side of the link are
immediately shutdown in the event of a link loss in order to provide a fast
switchover mechanism to the external routers and switches.
