The license key is specific to each unit (management port Ethernet MAC
address) and is not transferable. The PDH key enables all T1/E1 ports on
the IDU.

This command is to display if the link history and the link steady flag.
Link history: contains the number of link up/down occurred since the
system bootup and this number does not get reset until the radio reboots.
Link steady: current status of link steady flag. Defined to be
approximately 40 seconds after the link has been established.

Iteration range from 1-99 seconds
Default: default iteration = 1 second
