DESCRIPTION
Power command is used to set the ODU transmit power level. The
maximum level is dependent upon the modulation and ODU model.
Ensure that the power does not exceed the rating for the modulation being
used or signal distortion will occur. SP ODU levels are shown here for
refrence.
