024-984 mm Cause: There is a problem with the booklet maker stapler.
Remedy: Check the staple cartridge and reset correctly.
024-985 mm Cause: There is a problem with the booklet maker stapler.

024-987 mm Cause: The envelope folder tray is full.
Remedy: Remove all paper from the tray. Set the output tray for
three fold.
024-988 mm Cause: The envelope folder tray is not detected.
Remedy: Check that the folder tray is correctly attached and set.
024-989 mm Cause:: There is a problem with the booklet maker stapler.
Remedy: Check the staple cartridge and reset correctly.
027-452 m Cause: IP address already exists.
Remedy: Change the IP address.

027-500 mmCause: Unable to resolve SMTP server name during answer
E-mail send.
Remedy: Check that the SMTP server settings from CWIS are
correct.
027-501 mmCause: Unable to resolve POP3 server name when using POP3
protocol.
Remedy: Check that the POP3 server settings from CWIS are
correct.
027-502 mmCause: Unable to login to POP3 server when using POP3 protocol.
Remedy: Check that the user name and password used in the POP3
server from CWIS are correct.
027-720 m Cause: Unable to find the server of an application interface
destination.
Remedy: Check DNS server application or check whether an
application interface installed on the computer is registered by DNS
server or not.
027-721 m Cause: An application interface destination does not exist.
Remedy: Check whether an interfaced application operates
correctly.
027-722 m Cause: The job was timed out during connection with an
application interface destination. An application linkage destination
does not exist.
Remedy: Try to process the job flow.
027-724 m Cause: An application interface destination could not be accessed.
Remedy: Check whether an interfaced application operates
correctly. When it is operating, check the log. When it is not
operating, check the network environments.
027-725 m Cause: A job operation failed using an application interface.
Remedy: Check whether an application linked operates correctly.
When it is operating, check the log. When it is not operating, check
the network environments.
