Linear Scale Pitch and Rated Speed
When a linear motor is used, set the following fixed parameters according to the specifications
of the linear motor.
• No. 6 (Linear Scale Pitch)
• No. 34 (Rated Speed)
• No. 36 (Number of Pulses per Linear Scale Pitch)

• Linear scale pitch: 20 (μm)
• Serial converter resolution: 8 (bits)
• Rated speed: 1.5 (m/s)
If an exponential acceleration/deceleration filter is used with the SVR Function Module, you can
use the setting for the OW
3B setting parameter (Bias Speed for Indexed Deceleration/
Acceleration Filter).
If the speed goes higher than the value of OW
3B, the exponential acceleration/deceleration
filter is enabled.
