Set the unit for torque references.
0: Percentage of rated torque (1 = 0.01%).
1: Percentage of rated torque (1 = 0.0001%).

Set the latch detection signal. The latch signal is input to the SERVOPACK.
This setting is valid when the LATCH motion command is executed or when a modal latch is
