Setting the Terminal (External I/O Terminal) Signal Settings
(Terminal Setup)
Press the Terminal Setup soft key to display the following screen.
Set the trigger output (Normal, Pulse).
Set the pulse width (1ms, 50ms, 100ms, 500ms).
Set the remote stop feature.
• ON: Enables the STOP signal
• OFF: Disables the STOP signal
Configuring the Display Settings (Display Setup)
(Font size, menu background color, scale value display, numeric display frame,
number of digits to display for numeric data, intensity)
Press the Display Setup soft key to display the following screen.
Sets the menu background color (Blue, Gray)
Sets the menu font size (Small, Large)
Sets the scale font size (Small, Large)
Turns the numeric display frame on and off
Sets the number of digits of numeric data to display (5dgts, 6dgts)
Set the intensity.
• Grid (1-8)
• Cursor (1-8)
Sets the scale value display
• All: Displays vertical and horizontal scale values
• Time Scale: Displays horizontal scale values
Set the scale values to display when Scale Value on the WAVE
SETTING menu (► section 8.1) is set to ON.
Configuring Key and Knob Control Settings (Key/Knob Setup)
(Turning the click sound on and off, start and stop response time, key lock type and
release type)
Press the Key/Knob Setup soft key to display the following screen.
Sets the start/stop response time
(Quick, > 1sec)
Turns the click sound on and off
Set the key lock type and release method.
• Type (All, Except START/STOP)
• Release method (Key, Password)
• Password (up to 8 characters)
Configuring Analysis Settings (Analysis Setup)
Press the Analysis Setup soft key to display the following screen.
Sets the cursor read mode
• Display: Performs cursor measurement on P-P compressed display data
• ACQ: Performs cursor measurements on sampled data in acquisition
memory
