8.2 Performing a proficiency test
Overview of test procedure A proficiency test comprises the following steps:
■ Enter a sample ID for the proficiency sample.
■ Check the lot number of the test strips.
■ Perform the actual test with the proficiency sample.
Starting a proficiency test The following description assumes that the meter is
powered on and the Main Menu is displayed.
1 Touch in the Main Menu to open the Main
Menu 2 screen.
2 Touch Proficiency to start the proficiency test.
