Data Acquisition in a Sequence
In order to run a sequence, appropriate pre- defined methods must be
available. These are the master methods as outlined above. Typically,
master methods and sequence templates are worked on in the Method and
Run Control view of the ChemStation. For this reason, in Method and Run
Control view, the ChemStation Explorer provides access to master methods
and sequence templates.
The sequence template references these methods in the sequence table.
