3 Thermal Denaturation Mode
Preparing a Thermal Denaturation Measurement
Before you perform a thermal denaturation measurement you have to setup
your system according to your application. In this section you will learn to
setup your spectrophotometer, setup the a temperature ramp with Peltier
temperature controller and to develop a thermal denaturation method to
analyze DNA or protein sample.
The Agilent 89090A Peltier temperature controller must be configured before the thermal
denaturation mode is started.
