Cause A hardware failure of the STM-1 interface extension is detected.
Actions Remove the STM-1 interface extension board and replace it with another one.
Note(s) As 1643 AM and 1643 AMS systems do not support hardware protection,
STM1XcEQF, and STM1XcUPF are always reported simultaneously as a
reminder that a hardware failure is service affecting.
