Cause Cross-connection not consistently defined at both sides (for example, at local
and remote station) of a line section.
Actions Define or change the cross-connection at the other side consistently with the
local side.
Note(s) When defining or changing a cross-connection this alarm will almost inevitably
come up as it is practically impossible to issue the changes at both sides at the
same moment.
