3.9 Initializing Measurement Conditions
Initialize the MS9740B measurement conditions.

For the initialized conditions and values, refer to Appendix B “Initial
Values”.
At the same time that measurement conditions are initialized, waveforms
are erased from display. Measurement results described in Chapter 5
“Measurement Functions” are cleared as well.
Waveform data saved to a file is not deleted when the measurement
conditions are initialized.
