2.10.2 Using Antivirus Software
It is recommended to install antivirus software on MS9740B. However,
since the automatic updates for virus data library and the full scans run
in the background by the antivirus software will decrease the
performance of MS9740B, do not execute them. Instead, it is
recommended to run them periodically when MS9740B is not in use for
measurement.
The antivirus software that checked operation in MS9740B is shown
below.

Refer to the antivirus software operation manual for its
installation and operation procedures. It is confirmed that no
negative effects in the general usage of MS9740B are caused by
using the software mentioned above, however, we do not
guarantee the behavior of all functions of this antivirus
software and other software containing similar functions.

When activate firewall, configure the access authorization for
the following files.
C:\Program Files\Anritsu Corporation\Signal
Analyzer\Applications\AppMgr.exe
C:\Program Files\Anritsu Corporation\Signal
Analyzer\Applications\OsaAppPlatform.exe
