Setting Angle (setup)
1. Re-open the Prog. menu block, select 4. Statistical setup.
2. Open 3. Angle and a pop-up dialog box with ten parameters appears:
1. Angle min. Used to define the minimum angle limit for each measurement.
2. Angle max. Used to define the maximum angle limit for each
measurement.
3. Angle LCLx Used to define the lower control limit for each subgroup x-bar
value. Refer to the Statistics chapter for more information.
4. Angle UCLx Used to define the upper control limit for each subgroup x-bar
value. Refer to the Statistics chapter for more information.
6. Angle UCLr Used to define the upper control limit for each subgroup range
values. Refer to the Statistics chapter for more information.
7. Angle CP > Used to define the minimum allowed CP value. Values below
this minimum value will initiate statistical alarms. Refer to the
Statistics chapter for more information
8. Angle CPK > Used to define the minimum allowed CPK value. Values
below this minimum value will initiate statistical alarms. Refer
to Statistics chapter for more information.
9. Angle CAM > Used to define the minimum allowed CAM value. Values
below this minimum value will initiate statistical alarms. Refer
to the Statistics chapter for more information.
10. Angle diff % < Used to define the maximum allowed mean difference in per
cent between torque and controller torque. Refer to the
Statistics chapter for more information.
3. Use the arrows to highlight (select) the above parameters. Open each
parameter by pressing ‘Enter’.
4. Manually input your preferred values in each parameter. All inputs are
numerical angle (degrees) values. Press ‘Enter’ to confirm each input.
