Defines HTTP Proxy hosts. The table is a "child" of the HTTP Proxy
Services table (HTTPProxyService). An HTTP Proxy Host
represents the HTTP-based managed equipment (e.g., IP Phone).

Defines an HTTP-based OVOC Service so that the device can act
as an HTTP Proxy that enables AudioCodes OVOC to manage
AudioCodes equipment (such as IP Phones) over HTTP when the
equipment is located behind NAT (e.g., in the LAN) and OVOC is
located in a public domain (e.g., in the WAN).
