15.2.1  Enabling SIP-based Media Recording 
The following procedure describes how to enable the SIP-based media Recording feature.  
  To enable SIP-based media recording: 
1.  Open the SIP Recording Settings page (Setup menu > Signaling & Media tab > SIP 
Recording folder > SIP Recording Settings).

2.  From the 'SIP Recording Application' drop-down list, select Enable. 
3.  Click Apply, and then reset the device with a save-to-flash for your settings to take 
effect. 
 
 
Note: SIPRec is a license-dependant feature and is available only if it is included in 
the License Key installed on the device. For more information, see SIP-based Media 
Recording on page 229.
