Viewing Contact Information
Proceed as follows to view contact information:
From the user interface of the D9865, choose Support > Contact. The Contact Information page is
displayed.
The Contact Information page displays all the Cisco customer support information.
Viewing Diagnostic Logs
Proceed as follows to view the Diagnostic Log messages page:
From the user interface of the D9865, choose Support > Logs > Diagnostic Logs. The Diagnostic Logs
page is displayed.
