Chapter 2 Introduction
Overview
MIB Browser
A MIB Browser is a type of SNMP manager, which can be used to communicate with SNMP agents. It
is a tool for reading and writing to controls and status objects defined by the MIB. A MIB file is included
in the delivery from Cisco for the D9865 Satellite Receiver to support third party SNMP managers.

The D9865 receiver provides the following key features:
