show version
To display version information for the switch hardware and firmware, use the show version command
in user EXEC mode.
show version [ | {begin | exclude | include} expression]
Syntax Description

Usage Guidelines Expressions are case sensitive. For example, if you enter | exclude output, the lines that contain output
do not appear, but the lines that contain Output appear.
Examples This is an example of output from the show version command:
Note Though visible in the show version output, the configuration register information is not
supported on the switch.
