2 Select a recipient from the address list, and
then select [To], [Cc], or [Bcc] from the drop-
down menu.
Note •The items that appear in the screen depend
on the settings in the System Administration
mode.
Public Entries
Displays the local address list.
Refer to "When [Public Entries] is Selected" (P.233).
Network Entries
Searches recipients in the remote address list.
Note •To display [Network Entries], the prior setting is required in the System Administration mode.
For more information, refer to "When [Network Entries] is Selected" (P.234).
Smart Card E-mail Address
Displays addresses specified on the certificate in the Smart Card.
Note •This item is displayed when the Smart Card Reader is connected.
When [Public Entries] is Selected
Select a recipient from a list under [Name].
Note •Scroll the list by drag or flick operation to
switch the screen to be displayed. For
information on how to drag or flick, refer to
"Touch Screen" (P.88).
• You can sort recipients in alphabetical order
or registered number order.
(List/Thumbnail)
Allows you to switch the number of the recipients displayed from list (five items) or
thumbnail (15 items).

Displays the list of speed dials.
Name/E-mail Address
Displays the list of speed dials.
To
Lists names and their e-mail addresses.
Go to
Enter an address number using the numeric keypad to display the e-mail address at the top
of the list.
[ ] button
Displays detailed information on the recipient.
