This section describes the procedure for making withstand voltage test
settings under the following conditions.
The 3159 is in the READY state in insulation resistance mode.
(1) Changing to the SETTING state
Press the / keys to switch to the SETTING state. The
READY
light will go
out, and the flashing cursor will be displayed at the position where the
testvoltage value is indicated.
In the READY state, a measured-voltage value is displayed. In the SETTING
state, the display changes to the test-voltage value (in this example, 1000 V).
