1. Make sure that the unit is OFF.
2. Make sure that the analog voltmeter reads 0 kV.
3.
Make sure that the desired settings for the STATUS OUT dip switch have
been made. When any one of the settings for the STATUS OUT dip
switch is ON, the relay point for the STATUS OUT terminal is also ON.
