Returns the size of the specified
arbitrary waveform as NR1 numerical
data.
Notes
With this query, if any error occurs,
no response message is produced.
The waveform name must be
surrounded by single (' ') or double
(" ") quotes.
Waveform names are case sensitive.
Waveform names of response syntax
are displayed as up to eight characters,
padded on the right with spaces.
