NO > Go to Stage 4
YES > Go to Stage 7

Is chassis and CIOM-A FIM powered?
NO > Go to Stage 5
YES > Go to Stage 6

Be sure required voltage is present at the power supply and it is
turned On.
Replace power supply, if required.
Return to Stage 2.

Verify network connections.
Replace FIM, if required.
Return to Stage 2.

Measure and establish H1 segment baseline with Fluke
Scopemeter and Relcom FTB-3 or equivalent equipment.
