To test the time interval accuracy (logic analyzer)
Testing the t ime interval accuracy does not check a specification, but does check the
following:
• 125 MHz oscillator
This test verifies that the 125 MHz timing acquisition synchronizing oscillator is
operating within limits.

Set up the equipment
11 Turn on the equipment required and the logic analyzer. Let them warm up for
30 minutes if you have not already done so.
