Control power source
voltage error
Cause : The control power voltage dropped less than the voltage drop
threshold (120% of 24V DC = 28.8V).
1) The voltage of 24V DC power supply is high.
2) A faulty part inside the controller.
3) The current consumption rises at the moment of the use of
the remote sensing feature for the 24V DC power supply,
thus the voltage drops.
Countermeasure : 1) 2) Check the voltage of the power supply.
3)
Think to use a power supply with enough current
capacity or not to use the remote sensing
function.
0D4 Drive source error
Cause : 1) 24V Motor power input voltage (input 24V DC to MPI
terminal) is excessive.
During acceleration/deceleration, servo-on an so on, the
current consumption rises momentarily, and the remote
sensing function is used with power of barely sufficient
capacity.
2)
Connection error on motor encoder cables or short-circuit
in internal wiring
Countermeasure : 1) Check power supply voltage being input to MPI
terminal. Consider using a power supply with
sufficient capacity, or avoid using the remote
sensing function.
2) Check the wiring between the actuator and the
controller.
If this occurs frequently, revise the environment of
use and the operational conditions.
0D5
Deviation counter
overflow in homing
incomplete status
Cause : The position deviation counter overflowed.
1) Impact of external force, etc. or collision with mechanical
end during JOG operation, or overload during travel
caused the unit to decelerate or stop.
2) The excitation detection operation after power ON is
unstable.
Countermeasure : 1) This occurs when the actuator cannot operate
according to commands. Check the load
condition, such as whether the workpiece is
interfering with surrounding objects, whether the
brake is released, etc., and resolve the cause.
2) There may be an overload, so review the
payload.

Overload
Cause : 1) The work piece weight exceeds the rating, or load has
increased due to external force.
(If the detail code in the alarm list of the teaching tool is
from 0001
H
to 0008
H
)
2) Brake is not released in case of actuator.
(equipped with brake and also detail codes from 0001
H
to
0008
H
)
3) The slide resistance of the actuator is locally high. (Detail
Code from 0001
H
to 0004
H
)
4) Lack of current amperage for 24V DC power supply (Detail
Code 0004
H
)
Countermeasure : 1) Revise the work piece and peripherals, and
remove the cause.
2) Turn on the brake release switch to confirm the
brake gets released.
In case that the brake does not get released, it
can be considered a malfunction of the brake
itself, breakage of the cable or malfunction of the
controller.
3) If the work piece is in a condition that it can be
moved manually with hand, try to move it to
check if there is any spot that the sliding
resistance is large. Check if there is any
deformation on the attachment surface. If there
is any point with high sliding resistance on the
actuator itself, it is necessary to have an
overhaul or replacing conducted.
Caution
Make sure to resolve the cause before resuming operation.
If you cannot judge whether the cause has been fully resolved, wait
at least 30 minutes before switching the power ON to prevent
motor coil burnout.

Loadcell communication
error
Cause : There was a communication error occurred during
communication with the loadcell.
Countermeasure : 1) Revise the wiring layout of such as the loadcell
cables.
2) There is a concern of noise influence. Check if
there is a source of noise nearby.
3) There is a concern of a malfunction of the
loadcell.
4) There is a concern of a malfunction of the
controller.

CBP

Loadcell error
Cause : 1) Excess load was applied to the loadcell.
2) A hardware error such as a power supply error or overheat
of the PC board on the loadcell or EEPROM error has
occurred.
Countermeasure : 1) Check if there is high load applied to the
loadcell. Also, make sure that there is no
momentary impact such as collision to a
workpiece applied to the loadcell.
2) There is a concern of noise influence. Check if
there is a source of noise nearby.
3) There is a concern of a malfunction of the
loadcell.
